1. General Terms and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 22bd platform and all related services. By using the 22bd website or mobile application, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted all the terms described below.

The definitions of some key terms used in these Terms are given below:

• "Platform" — The 22bd website, mobile app, and all related digital channels.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has created a registered account on 22bd.
• "Service" — The full range of 22bd offerings, including sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots, and other gaming features.
• "Account Balance" — The total amount of funds held in a member's account.
• "Bonus Funds" — Promotional funds granted by 22bd that cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering requirements have been met.

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail; however, 22bd always provides support in Bengali.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account and use services on 22bd, the following conditions must be met:

2.1 Age Requirement

All services on 22bd are for persons aged 21 or older only. Users must state their age accurately at the time of account registration. Providing false information about age will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any bonus funds in the account.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same IP address, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in the termination of all associated accounts.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

The name, mobile number, email address, and other information provided at registration must be kept fully accurate and up to date. 22bd may request necessary identity documents during the account verification process. Providing incorrect information may delay or suspend the withdrawal process.

2.4 Identity for Registration

Users must use their real identity when creating an account. Creating an account under someone else's identity or a fictitious identity is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

The member is solely responsible for ensuring the security of their account. After registration, the username and password must be kept confidential and access must not be granted to any third party.

Any unauthorised access to the account or suspicious activity must be reported to the 22bd support team immediately. The support team can be reached via 24/7 live chat.

• Passwords should be changed regularly and easily guessable passwords should not be used.
• After logging in from a public or shared device, you must log out.
• Members are encouraged to keep phone number OTP verification active on their account.
• Any bet or transaction conducted from a member's account will be considered as the member's own.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits on 22bd can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳100.

When making a deposit, users must use a mobile banking account registered in their own name. Deposits sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted, and in such cases a refund may not be possible.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount from 22bd is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can only be made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket, and funds will be sent to the verified account. Withdrawal processing generally takes between 10 and 45 minutes.

If the account does not have verified information at the time of a withdrawal request, 22bd may request verification documents. Withdrawals may be delayed until the documents are submitted.

4.3 Transaction Authenticity

If any transaction appears suspicious or irregular, 22bd reserves the right to place it on temporary hold for investigation. If money laundering or fraudulent activity is confirmed, the associated account will be closed immediately.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

22bd offers new members a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. This bonus is not cash — it is a promotional benefit that can be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirements are met.

The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. To withdraw the bonus, bets totalling ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be completed.

5.1 General Terms for Bonus Use

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games — certain games or markets may be excluded.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn in full or in part before the wagering requirements are met.
• An account cannot claim the welcome bonus more than once.
• If activity that disqualifies a member from receiving a bonus is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
• 22bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

5.2 VIP Cashback

22bd's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Cashback is paid each week based on the member's net losses. A Gold member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 can receive a maximum cashback of ৳220 (৳20,000 × 1.1%). Cashback rates: Bronze up to 0.4%, Silver up to 0.8%, Gold up to 1.1%, and Platinum up to 1.5%.

6. Betting Rules

22bd's sports betting section offers betting on cricket, football, and various other sports. Please read the rules for each market carefully before placing a bet.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet will only be considered valid when the 22bd system sends a confirmation. If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical error or network issue, it will be cancelled and the stake will be returned.

6.2 Result Determination

Bet results will be determined based on the official results of the relevant sports authority. If a match or event is suspended or cancelled outside the scheduled time, the associated bet will be cancelled and the stake returned, unless 22bd's specific rules state otherwise.

6.3 Odds Changes

The odds confirmed at the moment a bet is accepted are final. Even if odds change afterwards, the odds of a confirmed bet will not change.

6.4 Maximum Winnings Limit

22bd reserves the right to set a maximum winnings limit per single transaction across various games and sports markets. This limit may change from time to time.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 22bd platform and, if detected, will result in immediate account closure:

• Bonus abuse or using multiple accounts to obtain bonuses.
• Arbitrage betting or bonus hunting carried out with the intent to harm the platform.
• Placing bets or playing games using software, bots, or automation tools.
• Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Using fraudulent payment information or filing chargebacks.
• Identifying and exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in fraudulent communication with other members.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

22bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false information at registration.
• Suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
• Instructions or orders from a legal authority.
• Account closure at the member's own request.

Upon account termination, the valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned; however, if the reason for termination is a rules violation, any amount may be forfeited.

9. Limitation of Liability

22bd makes every effort to provide services through its platform, but is not liable for the following:

• Loss of a bet or interruption to a game due to internet disconnection or a technical problem with a device.
• Errors in third-party software or services.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, cyber attacks, government directives) that disrupt the service.
• Losses resulting from a member leaving their own account information unsecured.

Under no circumstances will 22bd's total liability exceed the amount of the transaction in question.
